What Counts as a Quick Fix

A fix is one small change that takes up to about 30 minutes. Most owners have a list of these that never gets done. Common ones:

New hours, holiday hours, prices or menu items
Swapping or adding photos, and shrinking huge photos that slow the page down
Fixing a broken link, button or phone number that doesn't tap to call
A contact form that stopped sending, or emails that land in spam
Adding your Google Maps location, a Google review link or social links
Updating text on a page, like a staff list, service area or announcement
A page that looks wrong on phones
Bigger than a quick fix? You get a fixed quote first and nothing is charged unless you say yes

Send the form below or call with what needs changing and the address of your site. You'll hear back the same or next business day with a yes and a price, or a fixed quote if it's bigger than a quick fix. Once it's done you check it, then pay the invoice.
Yes. Most platforms, including Wix, Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify, let you add a helper with their own login, so you never have to share your password. We can walk you through it on the phone, and you can remove access when the fix is done.
Each item is its own fix at $49. If the list is long, you get one price for the whole list before anything starts, and it usually comes out lower than paying per fix.
No. There's no contract and no monthly fee. If you want changes handled every month, the Website Plan and Hosting & Maintenance plans include edits.
Then you don't pay. If something can't be done on your platform, you'll get a plain explanation of why and what your options are.
